2/20/20: NorthShore Medical Group, a community based rural health clinic, is actively recruiting for a full or part time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our White Salmon & Stevenson, WA offices and join our 16 provider group.  You would provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients, as well as see walk in and acute care patients during designated times.

Experienced providers are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.  We are looking for committed individuals who are confident working independently, but are also eager to work as part of a larger team.

Who We Are:

NorthShore Medical Group is a community based primary care and behavioral health practice, located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.  We are a physician led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years.  Providers come and stay here because they love the area, enjoy being part of a dedicated group, and want to care for the community.

We focus on providing personalized service in a collaborative and respectful environment.  We enjoy practicing interesting, challenging medicine.  We’re fortunate to have more robust specialist support than in many rural areas, but have a fuller spectrum primary care practice than in many urban environments.

We partner with the UW School of Medicine as an award winning teaching site.

We offer a production based salary with full benefits;  many of our clinicians have also received loan repayment.

Where You’ll Live:

If you enjoy outdoor recreation, the Columbia Gorge is a dream place to live, with endless hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities.  We also have world-class windsurfing, kite boarding, and kayaking.

The Gorge is a diverse mix of adventure sports nuts, ranchers & loggers, aerospace engineers, and agricultural workers.  Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

The communities of the Gorge are very dynamic, with a high level of engagement and volunteerism.  Schools are high quality and well supported.  There’s also a thriving local farm, wine growing, and food community, with many area wineries and farmer's markets.
