Genesis Spine, Joint & Regenerative Medicine is a procedure based advanced medical practice which provides diagnostic, therapeutic, interventional and regenerative medical care for the treatment of degenerative disease or injury and to clients seeking the benefit of regenerative therapies to reduce discomfort, improve functionality and restore vitality.

We are currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner for our Federal Way office who is committed to delivering dependable, compassionate, innovative, and excellent patient care.

 Overview of Physician Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Office-based, musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment for new and existing patients.
  • Under physician supervision obtain detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, determine relevant diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Order adjunct testing as indicated for accuracy in diagnosis and treatment. 
  • Per licensing, training, and individual scope of practice, performs therapeutic and/or diagnostic musculoskeletal injections.
  • We do not do medication management medication prescribing and/or adjustment is necessary when warranted.
  • Order adjunctive therapies as needed.
  • Participates in continuing medical education and local professional organizations.
  • Participates in strategic planning and process improvement as identified.
  • Participates in special projects, education, and marketing functions as a representative of the practice.
  • Open, positive, and ready to teach and learn.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Washington state PA/ARNP licensure
  • Communication skills that facilitate interactions and transmission of information, including:
    • Ability to read, write and converse professionally in English.
    • Keyboarding, dictation, EMR, and Windows fluency
    • Washington State prescriptive and e-prescribing privilege.
    • Physical, logistical, social, and psychological ability to dependably perform the essential functions outlined in the position description.


  • 3-5 years’ work experience preferred. (Ortho-spine or neuro is most relevant). Open to training.
  • BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
